Affiliate Tools
As an affiliate for Artful Cooking you already have a product with which you will earn $30 per sale. If you want to start seeing money in your Clickbank account you need to start promoting your affiliate link to the right people. Many different affiliate programs offer their affiliates ready made texts, articles, brandable ebooks, and even free websites with which to promote the product they are an affiliate for. We are a new website and don't offer anything like this currently. But we have a couple banners, and a few suggestions that may help you in promoting your affiliate link. We are also giving away a couple free ebooks which will teach you all about affiliate marketing and advertising your product (in this case your affiliate link). To promote your link you can post to free ads (such as Usfreeads.com), post to ezines, or forums where it is not against their terms and conditions. But please do not use your affiliate link to spam anyone. The two ebooks below will get into detail about promoting your affiliate link in legitimate ways. One of the most popular ways to promote your link is through your own website.

Do you need a Website?
If you want a website with an affordable, quality hosting company we recommend AwareIndia. They are an excellent, quality web hosting company with prices that can't be beat (as far as we have searched). Their prices are low and they have excellent quality and service. Their web hosting packages start at only 41 cents a month. This package comes with only 5 MB of disc space which obviously is not that much. But it may be sufficient for building a simple one page website to promote a few affiliate links. They charge you by the year for this package. You can either pay $6 for 1 year, or $10 for 2 years. And you can buy a domain name from them for only $7.99 a year. There are no hidden fees. They have had over 99.9% uptime since 1999. They have several packages to choose from. Once you have chosen a web hosting company and domain name you can, if you want, create a new html file on your website and place the following code in it (be sure to add your Clickbank nickname into code where it says XXXXXXX):

If you did everything correctly our website will show up on your website at the location of the file you just created. And your affiliate link will be hidden. Instead your browser address bar will have your domain name in it with no affiliate id (it's still there, but hidden behind frames). If you add the above code to your main index.html, or index.php file, then every time someone goes to your website ours will appear. Once they click on the payment link the order page will open in a new window and your affiliate id (Clickbank Nickname) will appear at the bottom of the Clickbank order page below the copyright so you get credit if a purchase is made.
Getting a website and adding the above code is only a suggestion. You can do whatever you want to promote your link, except using it to spam people.
